Do not let the size fool you. This table top mini sander does just as well as my garage floor standing sander. For all my hobby projects, this thing has saved me tons of time and peforms well.

Didn't notice the speed control on the power supply at first. Pretty happy with this tiny tool.

Great knife sharpener

The media could not be loaded. If you know how to do it works great for knife sharpening. A light wet sand by hand after will clean any small edges . Great price sense I only need it once every few months

I bought this belt sander for my husband to sharpen his pocket knives. As soon as he put it together, he started sharpening his pocket knives. He loved it. He said it was the best little sander he ever used. He would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a belt sander to sharpen all kinds of knives.

I use the sander to knockdown the edge on PVC pipe. Sander works great and is well made.

Can take a dull knife to sharp in a hurry! I did order some 1000 grit belts, to really put an edge on. Add in a finishing stone, and a leather strop, and you can get a literal razor edge. For working knives this little belt sander does the job in 5 mins, and will shave arm hairs.Does have one design flaw. On the left side, you can't get the knife as close as you need to. Tends to hit the pocket knife handle, without getting the full edge. Haven't used it on larger knives yet.
