This is a sturdy little fryer. I use it several times a week. It's cooks evenly, has a great non-stick surface and cleans easily - a great product, especially for the price. Highly recommend!

Avalon products are wonderful. This grill was replacing a warped old teflon one. We treat it caringly and it delivers perfectly. Always easy to clean, but use gentle methods like a simple sponge (not one with scrubbing surface) or dish rag. The sturdiness is so much better that others I have seene. We purchased this grill because the previously purchased Wok is still like new after years of use.

This is the best brand of cookware I have found. It is strong and truly stick-free. Rarely needs to be washed, usually just wiped out with a paper towel or cloth. It's the Rolls Royce of cookware, at a much better price than some of the prestige brands.

Needed to replace similar pan from another brand. It warped from heat. The Analon brand pots we have have held up over many years with little wear so we tried this one. Great so far and as we expected/needed for our gas stove. I can easily make about 4 pancakes at a time which was main purpose but also use it for warming tortillas and occasionally browning meats

This is a very good basic sturdy non stick frying pan - I use it mostly for my one egg in the morning. I got it for thirty five, when I went back to buy a second one a month later, it is listed at forty nine. How does the price go up that much in one month?
