Update 1-2 weeks later: changed stars from 2/3 to 5. Great pillow! I love it and customers service is amazing. “Lifetime warranty” with order. One was a bit flatter for my preference but everything else was amazing. I received more foam for the flatter pillow today and now everything is exactly how I hoped! Foam quality is great, I like that they’re small chunks instead of one big piece, I love the quilted cover, and I bought a satin pillow cover on top of that <3 best feeling everI bought 2 king sized pillow yesterday and they came in today, hooray for the fast shipping! I filled them both with their separate “extra stuffing” however one of them came out great and the other is still empty feeling despite following instructions. I left both in the dryer on no heat for about 20 minutes, and redid the flatter one for 5 minutes on low heat. I also gave it 2-3 extra hour to “inflate” some more. However, still the same results. The pillow is so long in length that having any amount missing leads it to having no support. I don’t know how else to put it.Besides this issue, the pillow is great quality, the foam is soft and feels amazing and the cover is heavenly.Big issue, for me, though with the stuffing and lack of quality control. Seems this happens often with others as well.

I found a HomeGood pillow after sleeping on one in a vacation rental and loved it for a year and a half, when it started losing its support and softness. When looking at reviews I found this pillow, which is similar but got better reviews. I’ve only slept on it a couple of weeks, so I can’t vouch for its longevity, but so far it is perfect. If feels wonderful to rest my head on, and I was able to adjust the size to both support my shoulder and alleviate my neck pain as I sleep on my side. I have both fibromyalgia and arthritis, so this is very important to me. I even have enough filling left over so I can adjust the fluffiness as the pillow becomes worn.The filling is similar to my previous pillow, so I feel confident in warning you not to wash it. Washing it was its final demise, making it completely unusable even though it was labeled as washable.I’ll be interested to see how long this pillow lasts, but its price is not so high that replacing it in a year if needed, doesn’t seem too unreasonable. I do recommend this pillow.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I had to with this one. I needed a new pillow and did a lot of research on the various kinds. My previous ones was a molded memory foam that had a dip in the middle for your head. Used them for many, many years. After looking at a lot of different brands, I decided to give this one a try, thinking I would send it back if I didn’t like it. I never know if reviews are real or fake these days, so I was hoping for the best. Well, I absolutely LOVE it!!!!!! I fluffed it in the dryer with my dryer balls, as was suggested, and there it was - pure bliss. I will be taking this pillow with me everywhere I go. I will not sleep without it. I couldn’t be happier.

My issue; I have delayed review for months no fault of there’s. I have TMJD (tempomandibuIar joint disorder) from age 3 1/2 (car accident) with whiplash compounded by the fact I like to sleep on my sides.Positives: They are the only pillow company that has two zippers, which is why they got a four from me. One for the lovely quilted outer and one for inner case. It even comes with extra stuffing if you want it. Who does that?! My issue is that I have removed 1/2 the original stuffing and still can get completely comfortable of a nightI turned my stepdaughter on to them and she loves it. My journey to find a pillow my neck and jaw are comfortable with so I can sleep continues…

I bought this pillow based on the nearly 5 star reviews and, more particularly, one review by Danielle which was in depth and helped me to decide.Upon receiving this pillow, I was impressed. The pillow comes rolled flat, vacuum sealed. I followed the instructions for side sleeping and filled the entire pillow with the soft, amazing stuffing. At first, I thought of the tiny styrofoam that boxes are sometimes stuffed with and when pulling out the merchandise, the bits get all over. In this case, not. I placed the bag that the stuffing comes in, into the pillow case and pushed it in. I then zipped the pillow and placed it in dryer with 2 tennis balls for a couple of minutes. The pillow came out like one solid pillow, it amazed me. I slept on it that way for a couple of. Nights but decided to take out a few handfuls of stuffing so my neck and head wouldn’t be too elevated. The fact this company offers this kind of stuffing where they allow the customer to adjust the pillow to their comfort level is phenomenal!Once I decided I’m keeping the pillow, I slept on the white quilted case it came in which gave me an even softer experience.Originally, I have been sleeping on a Temperpedic neck pillow for the past 10 years but the foam has stiffened and I was waking up with headaches which made me realize it was time for a new pillow. I am blown away by the quality craftsmanship and simplicity of this pillow. I keep the extra stuffing in the original bag it came in should I ever decide to want additional stuffing.Lastly, this pillow confirms to what I wished for. I was seeking a pillow that is puffy yet firm, not hard, that, once my head sinks into the pillow, it would feel like it is being gently and softly held up and supported. This pillow does just that. I highly recommend this Dreamy Blue pillow!!
