The balls/spikes don’t fall out easily. I’ve had one in for a long time and it’s going nowhere. It’s very secure.

I will be buying Rufian jewelry whenever it's in my size because I always recieve quality jewelry. The balls/spikes stay put and never break. You can wear these things for months without any irritation or fading. I've never been sent anything with a metal shard sticking out. Everything is true to size. The storage bag is a nice thing that is included.

The earrings are nice and simple, and all pieces arrived. The end pieces can be confusing, but they all fit as they should.

right now i have a spikey on and its holding on great i havent had to adjust it but with others of this brand i have had to, they would unscrew easily but great material.

I genuinely like these septum rings. I had bought other septum rings from another seller and the balls kept fall off but these are great! I haven’t had any balls fall off yet. I’m happy to buy some more from these seller in the future!

1st: the sizes don't match to have same size earrings. 2nd: if you do find two that are similar in size you'll find there are only 2 cone shape end pieces and 2 ball end pieces per set. 3rd: I had trouble removing some end pieces because of rust. I had to take pliers to take them off. 4th: I don't believe these are surgical steel. They had rust on them, they were dull looking, they just don't feel like surgical steel compared to all of my piercings from different tattoo shops and jewelry stores. They look/feel like regular steel pieces. I do not recommend these!

sizes are bigger but not thicker, i love how big they get!! the biggest size touches the middle of my top lip!!wearing the 2nd biggest in the photo <3
