The watch has been performing well so far. I haven’t encountered any issues, and the overall build and functionality seem reliable. It meets my expectations and I’m happy with the purchase.

The watch is compact and nice for thin hands. Not bulky as many other smart watches. Initially the sleep tracking was wrong. Was absolutely surprised by the call from Goqi where the representative asked about health and the watch, gave some tips and gave some instructions about using the watch effectively to improve/maintain health. Tracking is accurate now. Completely satisfied with the quality and looks of the watch. The only negative is that the Goqi App is not intuitive and user friendly.

I am using GOQii products from last 2 to 3 years and I am very satisfied with the GOQii 's services and devices. Design is very good. Accurately tracks steps, sleep and SPO2 accuracy is also good. And GOQii devices are registered medical devices so everyone can trust on it's results. GOQii coach motivates me everyday to stay active. This is the best gift if you want to give someone special. This is good device is this price band with more features than other devices in the same price. Plus point is I am getting 3 month GOQii personal care plan which includes coaching, doctor, GOQii play etc. which is worth.

I brought this watch in May 2022 and used it for a while. Usage is okay, they kept calling me to buy the upgrade after the free coaching was over, which was a bit annoying. The Step counter is not so accurate either, but that's expected in this range.The most disappointing thing is that watch strap broke and trying to find a replacement was a nightmare, I never found one. Not on the GOQII website, not on their app, not on amazon, not in local shops, none at all.Because it's not the standard 20 mm or 22mm or even 24 mm. It has a weird band shape that looks like 24 mm but the groove, it goes into is 25/26 mm watch strap which isn't available for smart watches at all. My local repair guy finally somehow fit a normal leather strap into it today and I can finally use it after almost a year. It still works, but I am never going to buy a GOQII product ever again because of this experience.Had such a bad experience that I came here 2.5 years later to write this review.Go for some other brand that offers standard strap measurements, finding a replacement will be way easier and not a big hassle like with this one.The only reason I even put up with so much trouble is because I am an environmentalist who likes to use a product till its end cycle instead of replacing it at the earliest inconvenience. Someone else would have thrown this into e-waste and rendered it useless.

Loved the fact that under Rs. 3000 this watch provides all the necessary features like Heart Rate Monitor, SpO2 monitor and Auto Sleep Tracking. 7 days Battery life is amazing. Liked the feature about setting any Wallpaper from phone's gallery.Usually screen touch watch are not very touch sensitive but, I did not face this problem with this watch. The touch sensitivity is remarkable. The screen is fairly big and provides higher resolution (HD). The interface is very user friendly. It also provides 3 months subscription for Doctor Consultation, Personal Coching, Expert Advice and GOQii Play too. The design of the watch is very stylish. Must Buy!!!
